AX HEAT TRANSFER Sections were originally conceived to provide standardized
cooling and condensing equipment for the process industries in the
form of simple elements from which units of many types and all sizes
could be constructed. Primary considerations were efficiency, durability,
compactness, ease of maintenance, design, and operations flexibility.
Combining these properties with simplicity of installation and low
cost has resulted in a highly successful type of heat transfer apparatus,
which is accepted as standard in several important process industries.
